
After graduating from Rochester Institute of Technology in 1992, Chris worked for two local accounting firms until January 2004, when he decided to open his own firm. Over his career, he has been responsible for the planning and supervision of audit, review and compilation engagements as well as the preparation of income tax returns for a variety of business, nonprofit, and individual clients. In 1999, he acquired the practice of a sole practitioner and long-time friend and has since maintained, and grown, his entire client base.
Chris is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants and is also a licensed notary public in Monroe County. Chris is an all around sports enthusiast and particularly enjoys playing golf (GolfWildWood.com), basketball and racquetball outside of the office. He also follows most professional sports (ESPN.com) especially the NBA and NFL. His favorite teams are the Chicago Bulls (Bulls.com) and Oakland Raiders (Raiders.com). Chris and his lovely wife Marcia have two children, Kirstin & Stone. The family resides in West Henrietta.

Dan has thirty years of experience as a CPA. He was a partner in a local CPA firm for eighteen of the twenty-six years he worked there. Dan's specialty is income tax preparation for businesses and individuals. He is a hands-on practitioner and does 90% of all the work on his clients personally. Dan joined the firm in October 2007 and brings a unique approach to the practice of accounting.
Dan is also a proficient pianist and has been playing since he was sixteen. As he likes to say, he does "taxes and tunes." He is also a huge fan of international soccer (which he still plays), a cyclist and a tennis player. He has lived in the city of Rochester his entire life and truly loves it. He also loves to read in his spare time.

Ira graduated from SUNY Buffalo in 1966 and is a Vietnam War veteran. During his career, he has worked for CPA firms large and small, as well as in the private sector. His primary professional focus has been with individual taxpayers and small businesses. He enjoys assisting his clients with understanding complex tax rules and regulations. His work with small business clients provides them with information that is invaluable in running their respective businesses.
Ira is a member of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants. His avocation is trains, both as an individual train-watcher and as a member of the National Railway Historical Society.

Jim graduated from St. John Fisher College with a Bachelor of Science in accounting in 1996. Jim has spent ten years obtaining valuable tax, accounting and auditing experience working with national, regional and medium sized CPA firms in the Rochester, New York area. Jim works with clients in developing strategic individual and corporate tax and financial plans, structuring business transactions, internal control documentation and analysis and assisting clients with their tax and financial reporting compliance requirements. During his professional career, Jim has obtained experience in manufacturing, real estate, construction, distribution, employee retirement plans (defined contribution and defined benefit) and various other commercial for-profit industries. He also has experience working with municipalities, school districts and non-profit entities.
Jim is a member of the Rochester Chapter of the New York State Society of Certified Public Accountants (NYSSCPA). He enjoys spending time with his lovely wife Victoria their three children Nicholas, Ana and Maia. He enjoys working on projects inside and outside of their home. He enjoys sports of all sorts, and is a big Buffalo Bills (BuffaloBills.com) fan.
Ronald has been practicing as a public accountant in the Monroe County area since 1970. In that time, he has been the managing partner for two local CPA firms, as well as conducting his own firm from 1989 until March 2007, when he merged with the firm Welker & Company. His practice has included construction/contractors, real estate partnerships, retail accounts, and a wide array of individual client accounts, ranging from the medical field to corporate executives and from sales individuals to self-employed contractors. He is also a registered investment advisor associated with Cornerstone Professional Advisors, LLC and is also licensed as a realtor in New York, dealing in both residential and commercial properties. He has always maintained a high level of integrity and has numerous relationships with various governmental taxing authorities as well as the banking and mortgage industry.
Ronald is president of the local chapter of B’nai Brith International and is a member of both the Knights of Pythias and the Adirondack Conservation Association. His love of baseball goes back to 1964 as a ball boy for the Rochester Red Wings on Norton Street. He also enjoys going to the theater and opera, whether in Rochester, Manhattan and/or Toronto. He is fortunate to have two wonderful children, both of whom are married. His son, daughter-in-law, and two grandchildren live in Portland, OR. His daughter and son-in-law reside in Philadelphia, PA. Ronald himself lives on the beautiful shores of Irondequoit Bay in Irondequoit, NY.
